Women in Civil Society

The importance of getting women into public life in Wales and having our voices heard is critical for all women in Wales. Educating and empowering women from all backgrounds will only bring further success to Wales. Women make up 51% of the population, the lack of representation of women within decision-making positions means that Wales will lack the expertise of over half of its population.
